Working with Dr Young and Dr Ubaldo and all the staff has been a pleasure. They are informative and kind and really make you feel like you are collaborating with them to improve your teeth. I am so happy with the results.
Dr. Lee, Dr. Ubaldo and the team are such wonderful staff ! They definitely take amazing care of you! I definitely recommend them! I’m a born and raised SF born, and I looked everywhere for an orthodontist! I’m really big on my teeth and they definitely do great justice! Don’t think twice about coming in here because like what I said, they are amazingly friendly and they make you feel that you are in a safe environment. They definitely treat you like family! So please, take it from me and come by if you’re hesitant. Dr. Ubaldo is great!! She definitely knows her stuff and knows how to treat her patients and she too is a SF native! I love the staff here and I’m pretty sure that you’ll learn to love them too!! Thank you team for an AMAZING experience !!!
I felt like Dr. Young was very straight forward and efficient with his time. He showed enough of his personality to make you feel comfortable. He displayed good subject knowledge and prognosis. Office was clean and I was greeted in a friendly and knowledgable associate named Martin who demonstrated a good knowledge of his role as well. I was assisted in having x rays completed same day. Good job guys. You appear to have your game on after this initial visit. Look forward to working with you guys.
brought my son in for braces. The plan was that we would do it together. Dr. Lee looked at his teeth and said to wait until more of his baby teeth came out. I mentioned seeing several other kids my son's age with braces. He explained that they might have lost more of their teeth. He also said that many of the kids who get braces too soon might end up having to get braces a second time. I really appreciated his honesty. I have had my braces almost a year and gave been very pleased with the process. The staff is very friendly and are very willing to work with my schedule. I recommend 100%
My daughter has been a patient for less than a year and we are always greeted by the friendly staff. Our wait time is minimal which is nice. Dr. Lee has been patient in explaining the overall process of having expanders, braces and retainers to my daughter. He is always professional and open to any questions she may have. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist. Thank you!
