  I've rented from here for the past year now and won't go elsewhere. The staff is fantastic and the cars are normally spotless. The management does a great job in listening to your issues and presenting solutions - extremely helpful and are POLITE!

  Got the vehicle I reserved and was pleased with the overall transaction. Here's my advice: set up an account so it will save you time in the line. I am glad I did as I was in and out in no time. Make sure the person who gets your vehicle goes over the safety basics before you drive out of the garage. Ours just gave us the key and said, "you're all set". We had to pull over on the street to figure out how to adjust the driver side mirror and had to figure out out to collapse the seats to make room for luggages. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Avis and would rent from them again.

  We arrived from the UK and rented our car on 06/13/18 from the San Francisco Post Street Avis for our Northern California tour.
  We experienced some issues with the vehicle during our rental due to a bad odour within it from a previous user.
  The manager Juan Arellano helped us with this and put the matter right for us when we returned the car. Well done for great customer care. Good customer service is noticed and always appreciated.
  We will definitely use AVIS for our next Californian visit which we are planning soon.
