My wife and I are just about to finalize the purchase of our first home. Chris has been absolutely amazing. Truly he has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help us along the way. He has stuck with us through multiple offers, coaching us the whole way, supporting our sometimes challenging requests. I know that we would not be in the position to make this purchase if Chris hadn't of been there to help us out along the way. He has saved us money, he has fought for us under very difficult circumstances, and helped us find our first home at a price we literally never thought would be possible. I would definitely recommend working with Chris. We had a fantastic experience working with him. His first priority is truly making sure you find the home that is right for you. He has a great combination of extensive local experience and a personal touch you won't get with other agents. No pressure, but plenty of support when you need it. He's super responsive and helped find the right home for us!
Working with Chris was a fantastic experience. We had previously worked with an agent who was too hands-off and had a laissez-faire attitude. This was not working for us at all, as first-time homebuyers we needed handholding and advice based on deep experience with the insane market in the bay area. We found this in Chris. He worked tirelessly to get us into our home. He quickly responded to our constant flow of questions (even when he was on a family trip with limited cell service!), really got to know what type of home we were looking for so we didn't waste time driving all over to look at places we ultimately wouldn't be interested in, and proactively sent us houses he thought would be a good fit as soon as they came to market. Some realtors feel like they are just trying to get you into a house to increase their numbers, working with Chris, you can truly tell he cares about establishing a relationship with you and wants to spend the time to get you into the home of your dreams.

Chris is an amazing real estate agent who puts his his clients interests first and works tirelessly to meet their objectives. There are huge challenges of buying in the SF Bay Area and Chris knows all the ins and outs, he grew up here and knows the area like the back of his had. Having an agent with his knowledge and dedication is critical to getting into contract. He is a problem-solver who puts in the extra effort to identify areas that can be emphasized to give his clients the edge they need to be competitive.
