  I was going through a period of my life where I wasn't comfortable sitting with my own thoughts, was always the biggest critic on myself with little confidence even though on the outside, very positive things were happening. I needed to slow down but what Melissa and I worked to create together was a layer of awareness that allowed me to start building that confidence back up on the inside, while also showing me my own ways to slow down. There were some big life questions that I didnt like or didnt know the answers too and it was nerve wracking. Melissa was my catalyst but made me realize I was much in need for personal and spiritual growth.

  Working with Chad has been a hugely positive event for me and will likely have a significant lasting impact on how I live my life and relate to others. I was initially looking for a practical executive coach that could help me hone my career skills when I came across Chad, but he turned out to be so much more. The limitations we put on ourselves touch all areas of our life: career, relationships with partners/spouses, friendships, etc. The mindfulness techniques that Chad teaches improve all areas, not just career. I now am significantly less stressed, calmer, and more level headed at work than when I started the program, and I also have significantly less conflict and more peace in my personal relationships. I highly recommend Chad for just about anyone who is seeking some form of self improvement or greater clarity.

  After speaking to a few other coaches, I picked Melissa because she had the most fully-baked material. Change is hard, so it was important to me to work with someone who wasn't just going off their intuition, but rather had a structure that had been tested and tuned. (Melissa does have terrific intuition and brings it to bear beautifully. But she's not guessing about what will work.) I got exactly the tools and results I was hoping for and cannot recommend her highly enough.

  I've been working with Chad for over a year now and I have to say hiring him as my life coach has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I know that sounds dramatic, but I have truly seen some real transformations in my career, emotional and physical health, and relationships since I began meeting with Chad.
  
  What I love most about Chad is he is an exceptional listener and is extremely passionate about helping you improve any part of your life, big or small. He also holds you accountable for the actions as he can only guide you through situations but you ultimately are the one who makes the change in your life. This way, he doesn't enable you but rather he truly coaches and is your guide and trusted supporter.
  
  I consider Chad a dear friend and would highly recommend him and his coaching services. There are few people I have met with a rare combination of integrity, wisdom, and passion to help others succeed.
  
  Bottom line...Go See Chad!!

  This is the guy!!! Not often in life do you find more than you expected.
  
  I searched for help when my life/career was actually going well, but I felt numb to any positive or negative experience. After looking around, I found Chad (maybe as you are now) and was impressed by the positive impact he seemed to be having.
  Upon meeting him, he let me know in a compassionate way that he has a results oriented approach and likes to set a goal to measure progress in his engagements for a defined period of time. I connected instantly with his honesty & method. Through our visits, Chad lead me to discover things about myself so I began to have a better understanding of my own feelings (lack of) and thought patterns. His holistic approach even lead to uncovering a physical injury in my neck that was referring a constant low grade headache, which I had been thinking was just normal. Also worth noting, his mastery of guiding meditations is special. After roughly 6 months I feel alive again, feel joy, & can connect with the people around me in a deeper way.
