This experience lately to receive this level of care as in the past few years in the insurance and health insurance exchange field is, very sale oriented and getting inconsistent. Information on the plans and coverage are confusing, even on Covered California. Simon was able to use information to select the best plan for me that would maximize my financial assistance qualification. Brandon, was able to resolve a serious issue about my coverage.
