Nfinite Strength

I had a friend recommend me to Nfinite Strength because they offer a variety of private training.

I met with Justine and we discussed realistic short and long term fitness goals. She then put me through the FMS (Functional Movement Screen) Test which was a good way for her to see my movements. I appreciated that she was able to assess my technique and form by not only telling me, but by also demonstrating how to improve them.

Justine is very personable and assured me that I was going to improve my mobility, especially my flexibility. She makes the sessions really fun and challenging at the same time. I was sore in places I didn't know existed the first few times!

The sunset studio was easily accessible from my house and love that there is easy parking. If you are looking for a personable trainer to help you reach your fitness goals, I can't recommend Nfinite Strength enough!
