(July 30, 2015, 12:43 pm)A bitter sweet experience as a yoga resident ! They used to have yoga resident program when they had building at Arguello. Great job with yoga classes, really good with organizing Sunday satsangs with kirtanist from around the country. I like many of their aspects and hope they still have Sivananda Sadhus running the place. Om Namah Sivaya !

(July 16, 2012, 10:03 pm)The real deal. They follow the yoga sutras really closely, well as much as possible. That includes the postures, diet, meditation, protraction, blahdy blah really well. It's the best yoga school I've ever been in SF. Enjoy the workout or the surrender! Holler!
