I was a tenant in a building Carol managed for four years. She was professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with.
I usually don't write reviews but after reading the single negative review, I just had to write something. I was a customer of Carol's for about 6 six years. First as a renter in one of the buildings she manages and then as an agent when I purchased a condo in the Lower Haight District.
My experience with Carol have been very positive. She is extremely professional. In a business that too often is known for less than ethical practices, Carol stands out as a very honest person.
If you are looking for an honest agent and for a property manager that you can trust, I'd give Carol careful consideration.
