(July 4, 2019, 12:03 pm)I used Spot Hero to reserve parking here. Otherwise the hourly rate set by the hotel is not with it. The first time you go up night be confusing as it leads you to the exit. I recommend going up two floors before looking for parking.

(July 16, 2018, 4:00 am)This hotel is in an awesome location, with easy access to the BART and awesome restaurants. The housekeeping staff is super friendly and responds quickly to requests. Some of the front desk staff are not so friendly and are curt. Beds seem comfortable at first, but everyone I stayed with woke up with sore backs. The cafe inside the hotel has tons of options with good coffee, pastries as well as healthier options. The Cityscape on the 46th floor is breathtaking. Overall a good experience, but there are some things that could be improved.
