  Ahmed was on time , friendly , professional and courteous. He even got rid of the cobwebs in our garage. He finished and notified me when He was done and asked if there was anything more he could do for us.

  The man who came out was very professional and very handy. I was working on my motorcycle and he went I it of his way to lend me tools and shined a night when he saw me struggling. Great help. He was very informative about what he was doing. Knew was job didn’t hesitate to answer any and every question I had. Would love to have him come back and help.

  We have been on a every 2 month schedule with them for years. It has kept us without any major home insect problem. They will come and in between visits if needed for no extra charge.They do a great job for us and we can't do without them!

  Rodrick went above and beyond today. He was so thorough and spent time explaining to me where the pests were getting into my home. He was very helpful and kind. I hope that Rodrick will be our technician for all of my future appointments! FIVE STARS

  Awesome place in every way - the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They care a lot about your progress and really involve you in the recovery process. I'd highly recommend Natalie, she's the best!

  I have been going to Proactive for over a year now. The place is amazing. The therapists are wonderful and very knowledge. I have seen both Akriti and Julie and they are both incredibly knowledge and actually do hands on PT unlike many other places.

  I am truly blown away by the staff at Proactive Physical Therapy. I stayed in San Francisco for an extended stay and got the best care from Dr. Akriti, DPT. She is truly knowledgeable on the care that she provides. I suffer from chronic back pain due to my profession as a Registered Nurse and this is exactly the treatment that was needed for me. The clinical knowledge and excellent patient interaction present at this facility is truly amazing: I had such a great experience there and I am now able to be productive at work because I have found a remedy for my back pain. Thank you again Dr. Akriti, DPT and the staff at Proactive Physical Therapy!!!

  proactive is very professional, friendly and works to provide a pleasant experience each time i go there. a friend introduced me to akriti sharma who guided me through my torn rotator cuff injury. thanks to her i am back to playing tennis and with my former strong serve. she was brilliant at diagnosing the nature of the injury, prescribing exercises and training me how to do them effectively. she is first rate.
