“This place is nice and it has variety that you can't really find easily at any other drugstores/makeup stores. I always get my face masks here and sometimes some cleansers and korean/ japanese makeup. The prices are pretty fair considering it's mostly imported, but I see why some people can be turned off by the price tags; I'm a fan of these brands so I don't mind paying, especially since it's right there and I don't have to wait for shipping. The staff is pretty hit or miss, but I've never had any major problems. I never get the same cashier but they pack your stuff in a nice bag and you can be in and out really quick since the space is small. I also bought from them online and I received my package within the week in good condition.”

“This has been my go-to laundromat for years. It's changed ownership recently, and I think for the better. There is usually someone onsite now, so there's a much better chance you can get some timely assistance if you ever run into any issues, which for me has been exceedingly rare. Appreciate these places sticking around, especially as there's starting to be a dearth of laundromats in the city.”

I am very particular about who I will allow to cut my hair and this lady is meticulous! The best part? $12!!! Seriously unbelievable. Be prepared for no frills or fancy spa amenities, just a quality haircut. Also, I'm not sure how they do with long hair as I have a short haircut.”

“The best mandarin immersion preschool! We were so lucky to have New Journey as the first school for our daughter's enlightenment education. Michelle really does a great job to manage the New Journey. We have left there for months now, but my daughter is still missing her teachers and classmates there. After experiencing other preschools, we can now conclude the biggest advantages of New Journey: • Clean and neat: my daughter was rarely sick during the time there.. Michelle cleans the toys and floor everyday. • Diverse curriculum: besides learning numbers, Chinese characters, poems, songs, math, arts, they also have various science and fun activities, such as observing bugs, making and playing snow, making cookies and field trips etc. In addition, there are also kids Yoga and basketball classes! • Yummy food: we were never worried about my daughter’s meals at school. All the foods are made with organic ingredients. Occasionally, when she really didn’t like the food, Michelle even made something else for her. • The DailyConnect app: an app to interact with parents, which is really really convenient and helpful. You would know what your kid is doing when teachers upload the photos to the app; you will get a notice from the teacher when the diapers or wipes are running out; you will know whether they had lunch or not, how much they ate etc. Of course, they also have plenty of toys, outdoor playground, friendly and patient teachers, potty training and more that a preschool is supposed to have. But if you are looking for something beyond those for your kids, New Journey is the place you must check out. Many thanks to Michelle and Anna for taking good care of my daughter and gave her a wonderful memory.”

The easy to navigate space is full of new machines all maintained in perfect order.
