“The banya is great. The saunas are really hot, the steam room is really steamy, and they have a nice restaurant with delicious Russian food and snacks. They also have a deck with a nice view of the city. This is my go to place for sauna. They give you a robe, 2 big towels and slippers - that’s very convenient. You don’t need to bring anything. Except a sauna hat! They rent them for $3 or sell for $18. You can get one at Amazon for $10. It’s helpful, because supposedly it protects your hair from the heat. The only downside is that it’s pricey. The entrance costs $47 and their restaurant prices are quite steep too.”

“After hours of calling, emailing and visiting multiple pharmacies in the bay area trying to have one willing and able to order a specific brand of medication I need, with no success. It was suggested try an independent pharmacy that does compounding. So I contacted Koshland and gave them all they needed in an email. Dr. Peter Koshland replied that they can and will. I was so happy to finally find a Pharmacy that can help me. I stopped in prior to filling my prescription and what an amazingly professional facility. Great area and very secure near the bay. Pricing too is very good, too. I pay out of pocket with no insurance, so this has been an absolute blessing. If you want an intimate and personal pharmacy awy from the normal chain pharmacies. I gave five stars for good reason.”
