“If you are a cry baby and need a big fancy place to stay then this isn't for you. If you want down to earth clean and safe then this is great. I loved my stay here. The owners are incredibly insightful and helpful. The guy literally gave me a map and circled all of the locations to go to get your municipal bus passes and just made my girlfriend and I feel at home. Honestly very nice people and location. ”

“i had a wonderful experience with this company. I was visiting from Atlanta for my 40th birthday. My cousin flight was cancelled the day before the trip. I called and spoke with April and she told me to call viator and tell them it's okay for me to cancel her off and get my money back. The rules are you have to cancel 48 hours before pick up. I am so thankful to her. She told me it's going to be okay the people in San Francisco are nice and you will meet some people on the tour. She was so right. I did the half day wine tour to Snoma with Bill. Let me tell you Bill is awesome, and amazing and very knowledgeable. He told us some of the history of San Francisco and he took us on a small tour of the neighborhoods. He also, stopped in Sausalito so we could take pictures in front of the houseboats. If you can take a trip Bill is the man to do it with. Thank you April and Bill you two rock.”
