Dunrovin is nestled in a peaceful woods along the St. Croix River within an hour of the Cities. The rooms are simple. Clean. With sinks. Although a few rooms include a showers and bathroom, most rooms share common facilities in the hallway. The rooms and building is clean and offers a woodsy meeting room/chapel that is ideal for small groups of up to 40, maybe 50 people. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Meals are home cooked and tasty (they set the menu and everyone eats the same fare). It is an excellent place to take a small group to get away for retreat and renewal. I will probably be back next time the need to do something like that arises.

I've been to Dunrovin twice now for an event retreat and each time it's been absolutely amazing. The entire center is idllic, you honestly kind of feel like you've stepped into some nature painting. It's really quiet and relaxing to walk about out doors, they've got lots of trails and also kayaks and canoes if you want to paddle around. The food is also great which also helps! I had an awesome time on each of my event retreats and highly recommend the entire Dunrovin experience!
