Amanda did such an awesome job on my tattoo! I sent her some images of a tattoo idea and she totally nailed it. I am incredibly happy with how it turned out. I will be exclusively getting my tattoos at Black Amethyst from here on out! The shop is super cool, aesthetically pleasing and clean, plus everyone on the staff is really nice- especially Joanna who answered each and every one of the multiple texts i sent her lolol Looking forward to going back!!

Jay is a master at his craft, as well as a professional business owner. Jay was always punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful and the shop is beautiful and very clean. Joanna was also awesome at staying in touch with tattoo session confirmations. Thank you Black Amethyst - I absolutely will be back in the future! :)

By far the best shop I’ve ever had worked done.the place itself is a beautiful gallery unlike any other shop I’ve walked into. Did my sleeve with Amanda and to say it’s an incredible work of art is an understatement Amanda went above and beyond really taking the time to craft my idea . All the artists here are next level and I will never go anywhere else. I fly back to Florida just to go here when I need more ink or to get a touch up.

I had my first tattoo at the age of 79 last December. It was a small outline of my cat. I liked it but not everyone that looked at it knew what it was.
I wanted it colored and more defined
Because it was a small job no one would call me back
I spoke with the owners wife of this establishment and she said she thought her husband would do it for me. I went in the next day and he gave me the. beautiful cat i wanted.
It was s small job but he worked as hard on it as if it were a big job
Jay is caring and loving and a wonderful artist
The place is clean and the tattoo artists are extremely talented
It was a wonderful experience for me.
