I had a replacement phone and it's a battle to keep my plan and only the BEST representatives are willing to help me. I have a great plan and I'm not losing it. Out of the 3 stores in Lodi, I chose 523 W. Harney Lane.
OMG, I made the best choice possible. The gentleman who helped me actually listened and cared about what I had to say. I was blown away. Thanks to him, I got my new phone transferred, my credit is still on my account, AND I kept my plan. I recommend this store and their super amazing customer service to anyone who wants the best.
