Dave Nugent - State Farm Insurance Agent

I was with State Farm before but with a different office. I was not happy with my previous agent so I looked for a new one and found this office. Fortunately I was able to get all signed up over the phone. They are very professional and made everything really easy. Samuel Rodriguez did a great job helping me out, fully explaining the rates and what my coverage entailed. I am much happier and am glad I can stick with State Farm. Highly recommend this office.??????

I have been paying for insurance for well over fifty years, most of it with State Farm. Dave Nugent is the first agent I have ever felt delivered significant value for the money we pay. Dave on multiple occasions has personally gone out of his way to go to bat for me. Everyone in the office is terrific: friendly, helpful and efficient. My two thumbs are way up!!!!!

She was very informative about my options and was quick at giving me same day quote. She explained what options were convenient and affordable for my family and I. The best customer service hands down.

I called Dave's office, again today. And again, come away thankful for their kind understanding of whatever issue I have, and their response to my stated needs. Today Stephanie G. was supportive, suggested a plan of action, researched options, and got back to me with positive resolution from the home office as well as reassurance that I'm not the only one out there with the problem I encountered. They make me feel important as a client and I wouldn’t take my business anywhere but here. Sarah has been extremely helpful and attentive when I’ve had any questions about my policy.
