Shout out to George who let me try out his Apple Watch, there was only one on display fixed on a stand and I wanted to know how it felt on my wrist before making the big purchase. I didn’t end up buying from this store since they didn’t have the specific gold stainless steel 44m I was looking for in stock. Still a great gesture and the other rep I didn’t happen to catch her name but was able to answer all my questions quickly and knowledgeably. Great service and experience with this location.

In the store a few minutes before we were approached by salesperson! She immediately had us sit down at her desk and we began talking about what we were looking for. Leslie listened and we were on the road to buying our new phones! Great service and really enjoyed our visit!!

Yes sure you can wait for the longest, but once you get served by one of a Verizon retailer representative you walk out with a happy face and satisfied. Job well done! Friendly people and they will help you in whatever you need.

Saturday quite busy.. my fault for timing. Victoria checked me in and was extremely helpful.Started the pitch to get a new phone but explained not in my financial plan right now. She said fine and immediately started to address my problem. She held on to my phone for awhile to hopefully it was simply a bad recharge cord. It was. Bought a new one and was on my way as a happy camper. The staff are all so friendly there
