(February 11, 2019, 11:07 am)Great community, coaching staff and they now offer yoga 7 days a week so if I want to go in but maybe too sore for Crossfit I can stretch and strengthen my sore muscles instead of taking a full rest day and falling off the routine.

Even though I used very light weights when I worked out here, I still felt welcomed & supported! This is a great place for all levels- those who want to get ripped and summer ready to those just wanting to stay healthy!
