My husband called Kia after being disappointed with the local Honda Moss Bros dealer. Ryan Lucero answered the phone and said they had a van on their lot we were looking for in our price range. When we arrived Ryan was very helpful and friendly. The price was also the same as he had mentioned over the phone unlike the Honda dealer who wasn’t transparent with pricing. I purchased a here at Car Pros Kia Moreno Valley and just wanted describe my amazing experience with the salesman Ryan Lucero. I called in to the store and Ryan picked up ready to help. He answered all the questions I had on the 2023 Kia Forte not even knowing he would get a sale. He was very transparent on pricing and finance questions so I knew he was the salesperson I wanted to work with. I came in the following day and asked to speak with him directly because of his easygoing and no pressure attitude. After a couple of minutes he landed me on my dreams Forte and within an hour I was on my way home in it. My salesperson Ryan was the absolute best and if you want a stress free experience with the most knowledgeable sales rep you need to see Ryan Lucero!

Ryan Lucero was such a great person to work with. I have gone to 3 Kia dealerships and I will only go to this one. He worked with me for a month and got me a better deal then I thought was possible. He was always honest and made me feel very comfortable with everything. Ryan even checked in after I bought my car to make sure I knew how to work all my new gadgets. I absolutely love my new car. Car Pro Kia in Moreno Valley was by far the best! We went to Kia Pomona, Riverside and Citrus Motors in Ontario (citrus motors was the worse by the way). And Kia Moreno Valley was by far the friendliest and most willing to work with us and gave us the best deal! They really helped us out and took care of us it was such a blessing. Lupe helped us out and she was just the nicest, the manger Alex was the best getting us a great deal. They don’t fool you or play like the other dealerships we went too. They exceeded our expectations thank you!!!
