Hmmm, I’m biased. Not the way you’re thinking

On one hand the homeowner was misinformed as to the differences between quality craftsmanship and slum loarding... it’s a sort of story of a paridoxical nature involving bamboo flooring, a flash water heater...
But:
On the other hand, Rhonda as the property manager, helped me work with my renters insurance, grab a hotel for a week and deducted from the rent. Whatever insurance didn’t cover... Quite frankly the renters insurance didn’t cover much. But in a time of need; all hands on deck.

There are rules in life, Rhonda knows them. She doesn’t make them, and she certainly doesn’t keep them secret. An exceedingly helpful individual ❕
