I hired California CareGivers to assist with my elderly and disabled parents after my stepmom had emergency surgery in October 2020, in the middle of the pandemic. They were prompt, helpful, and clear throughout the process of setting up the service (during a very stressful situation). They were equally wonderful with schedule adjustments and changes as we figured out a care schedule that worked best for my parents' needs, which often changed from week to week. I also cannot praise enough Susan, the wonderful, thoughtful, and reliable caregiver that they paired with my folks. She took the necessary precautions to prevent the risk of Covid infection and spread while working in my parents' home. Overall, I think California CareGivers is very well run and organized and a good way for my elderly and disabled parents to get the assistance they need while keeping them out of a nursing home or assisted living facility during this pandemic.

California CareGivers has been providing care to my grandma for almost a year and I can't say enough great things about this company and their caregivers! My grandma LOVES her caregiver.
