Advanced Mini Storage I - Monte Diablo

They are very friendly and helpful, I would give 5 stars but the only thing is I live about an hour away so I'm not too sure how my things are doing in the storage unit. But they do get back to you fast, there have been a few times I left a voice-mail or an email and they got back to me within a week.

The staff are so welcoming and great at what they do:) I have been there for almost a year and I haven’t had any trouble with my unit. I have to say that this was the easiest and fastest process ever. I was able to do everything via email and phone calls. The office staff I spoke to were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There wasn't any question or concern that they could not answer. I would recommend this company to anyone. They really know how to treat you right!

I've been a customer for over 10 years at least and I must say that this has been a great storage pretty safe the people of the staff are pretty nice people to deal with on the monthly basis very friendly attitude professional I'm glad to be part of this team of people.
