(September 20, 2021, 11:16 pm)Had a coupon for 2 breakfast sandwiches, hash browns and a coffee. Their coffeemaker wasn't working, so I was asked if I wanted a substitute. I said sure just give me a diet coke. When I got to window they wanted to charge extra for soda. Told her it isn't my fault the coffee maker is broke, and was told would have to pay extra for soda or pay coupon cost and not get coffee.
No common sense. -
