  Everybody goes through their own journey in life and so it is. I have tried a few Yoga asana places. They all have their importance in various respects. I learnt importance of right breathing, paying attention to every fraction of second to how it goes in and out and so on and so forth. The whole hoopla of Kundalini etc. The matter of fact is nothing matters if you are not physically, emotionally and mentally capable of enduring it. That's exactly where Bikram Yoga comes in.   This studio is exactly what you WOULDN'T expect of a small central valley town. Honestly - it's a hidden GEM.
  
  Clean, spacious, modern and full of GOOD vibes. I really wish this studio was near my home :( .
  
  I came in on a Saturday and the owner - Jonalyn - surprised me when she said it was community yoga day and that practice would be free. Hmm ... what other studio does this? SUPER grateful.
  
  But the REAL test for me was the the room - how good was the heat and humidity level? This is ALWAYS a biggie for me, because if you've practiced for any period of time, you don't want the room cold but you also don't want it BLAZING hot.
  
  And to my utter ecstasy - it was SMACK dab in the middle. Probably one of the most well-insulated, perfectly balanced hot yoga rooms I've ever been in.
  
  But I suspect I know the reason...
  
  You see, as I was told, the owners husband Tom is a contractor (and he was also our instructor. And a GOOD one at that ) and he designed and built the studio himself for the purpose of hot yoga. The studio wasn't just put together willy nilly - a lot of planning and prep involved.
  
  All I can say is A LOT of love was/is put into this place. I'd give it an extra star if I could, and I'd practice their regularly if it were closer to home :( .

  Awesome classic Bikram Yoga studio! I travel a lot for work, and am always thankful when I can find a studio with Bikram certified teachers teaching legitimate, 90 minute, 26-2 classes on the road. The facilities here are great--the hot room is huge, with a lot of mirrors and good acoustics; the locker rooms are spacious and clean, with a handful of hot showers; and there is plenty of parking outside. Samantha taught a great noon class, thanks for having me!
