North Park Post-Acute

North Park Post Acute is a great facility. It is always clean, staff is friendly. Therapy staff is very attentive to patient's needs and returning them home in their highest achievable level of function. You need to be very passionate person to work in a nursing home, the elderly need loving, and caring staff for they can have a loving place to live.

The ownership here recently changed and the energy since then has been phenomenal. They have a great leadership team. I would highly recommend giving this place a try if you need quality skilled nursing services.

I was satisfied with the comfort I had here including the beds/linen, towels, etc. that were provided by the facility. I did enjoy staying here but of course it's not the same as being at home but they did their best to make me feel comfortable. My needs were being met by the nurses. I am very satisfied with the therapy program I received as well. I am very pleased overall with the staff and therapists as they were considerate to how I felt and they listened to my concerns. I love the certificate therapy gave me on my day of "graduation"/day I left to go home.

North Park is a great facility to bring your loved ones. It's very clean, organized, and you are able to have family visitation (of course there are some restrictions..like no hugging or kissing patients) but you get to visit your loved on in our lobby with a plexiglass in between! North park staff is very friendly and helpful. They do their best to make sure your family member is well taken cared of.

I am writing this review to assure you to whom it may concern that I will do my best along with my whole team to provide the best care for your loved one if they will be admitted to our facility. I understand , elderly needs to have loving, caring staff who can understand them , so they can have a loving and pleasant place to take care of their needs while their stay at nursing facility. Admitting a loved one into a long-term skilled nursing facility , otherwise known as a nursing home, is a difficult and extremely emotional decision for a family to make for their loved ones . But I will assure you that our team will make every effort to provide the best care for your loved one related to medical, rehabilitative and nursing care .
