Dr. Hu is an amazing Orthodontist in Tracy. It took a little over two years for my braces to be put on and removed but that was mainly due to COVID and me not constantly putting on my rubber bands on. This place is very professional and the staff members take the time to answer any questions you have and make sure you leave satisfied with how your teeth are. Highly recommend

Most of the time people are afraid to go to the dentist lol, but I ALWAYS look forward to going to New Smile Orthodontics. They are very interactive and make sure that you understand everything about your teeth health. They are extremely nice and make sure that your care is both comfortable and enjoyable. My visits with them never fail to bring a smile to my face!

After three kids and my constant teeth grinding my dentist noticed my teeth shifting. So, he suggested a braces consultation. From the calling about the consultation to my most recent appointment, Dr Hu and his entire staff have been very helpful, informative and professional. They helped me figure out how my insurance benefits work and what type of orthodontia worked the best for me. During the pandemic I found myself running out of bands and they were able to send me some through the mail. The whole experience has been the best I could hope for.

I even have my daughter coming to see Dr Hu. She's been in braces for about 5 years now. After we moved from the East Coast, I went with another orthodontist first and regretted it right away. After only one visit, Dr Hu has been able to help her out (she has a very difficult problem) and we've gotten more from her visits with Dr Hu than we did with any previous orthodontist.

I have also taken my 10 year old to see Dr Hu for a consultation. Since we are in the pre-orthodontia stage, this was merely for getting a game plan together since we know my son is going to need them. Dr Hu explained our options and we went with the more gentler route for now.

I would highly recommend New Smile Orthodontics to anyone needing braces. They are easy to schedule with, very helpful, and willing to explain any limitations that they see may be a problem.
