“What a church with a heart for the Lord! Pastor Herbert and his family have been faithfully serving the Lord in the city of Stockton for many years. His longevity is a testimony of his faithfulness to serving God; but also God's faithfulness to Pastor Herbert. My wife and I heard a very convicting message on "Growing in Christ" when we attended this morning. I can only imagine what we would learn if we lived in the Stockton area and could attend the church faithfully. If you live in the area and or are passing through the city, give them a visit. “Grew up going to this church. To bad walking back in was for a funeral of an old neighbor. Has a k -8 school now and day care centner..and lots of new buildings. Where did the lol Sunday school old white church with the bell go to? Times have changed for sure. But if your looking for a family welcoming church this is the place.come as you are welcomed. Lots of different groups to join as well to be active with the church. After all the yrs of being gone there were some of the family's that I went to church with. Established members for yrs! You'll feel like part of the family here. Minister is a good speaker and gives readings with passion. Makes you feel welcomed as well.as the congregation. They do baptism and communion if interested but not required.”
