“I can’t thank this office, staff & Doctor Kenney enough. I saw some reviews & was a bit nervous before my appointment. Walking in, I was greeted so nicely by the front desk lady. She was patient & she helped me through everything. I left my card at home & she went out of her way by typing my card number for copay. I was called in 30 of me being there (I was a new patient so I had to do alot of paper work.) that was the fasted I’ve ever been called. The nurse that took me back made me feel so comfortable. Mind you, I always avoid going to the doctors but she was amazing. In literally 10 min or even less the doctor came in. I told him all of my concerns, we talked & he walked me to get my labs done. Then, the man that took my lab work; omg... he was so fun!!! I could’ve stayed talking to him. He was super friendly. How did he make it not hurt?! lol He made sure I was taken care properly. They took exactly 24hrs to have my results!!! Everywhere I go it takes them forever & they dont call. This office called me & explained my results. The doctor was such a sweet man! The office is spotless, very clean....I saw some nurses wiping down counters after each person. Even over heard a staff member telling someone to make sure they check their temperature before they clocked in. I loved that. Definitely will be coming back to this office! I have found my new family practice!!! ??❤️”
