What really surprised me was when the doctor herself worked on my “needed dental treatment.” I am so used to hygienist doing the job. This was a very welcome change & for the better. I left 45 min later, happier & with a better mouth feel. “Sherman's is a place you go to when you want food at a price you can be happy with and a portion that is more than you expect. They have about ten items they always have (chow mein, fried rice, fried chicken with and without bone, crab Rangoon, fried spring rolls, teriyaki chicken, Mongolian chicken, beef and broccoli, spicy teriyaki chicken, sauced mushrooms(they go fast), prepared shrimp in sauce, barbecued red chicken or pork, fried veggies snacks) and specialty items like fried asparagus when the season hits. They are super nice and they definitely give off chill diner vibes. They have a spacious interior for the buffet crowd but most usually just get a three item plate and hustle off. The decor is dated but clean and comfortable. They have booths for small parties or big tables for more people. It's like 8 bucks for a three item plate (great portions) and 9 for buffet, 2 bucks more for the drink so it's really more like eleven bucks. IMHO, totally worth it for it's laid back and low expectation environment.”
