“I see a lot of negative reviews of Bay Alarm but I like what I've experienced with them. When we upgraded our archaic system. The tech came in and said because we had been loyal customers for over 25 years, that our system update would be free. I laughed and told him that nothing is free but he explained that our system was so antiquated (we had push buttons and the system wasn't sending a signal) that it's nice to have a truly digital system in which we can monitor remotely. I say yes to Bay Alarm”
