Now I need to go somewhere else to have it done correctly. I have brought tires from them with no problems great service on that part. Probably just didn't have the proper tool to program the TPMS”

Per their policy, the sign said but they were only allowing five customers at a time inside the store. it would have been easy to let more people in just for the sake of non-confrontationalism, but the employee actually stuck to his guns. He was nice about it yet firm. It's good to see somebody who follows procedures even if they believe in it or not. My kid was browsing, and even while there were people outside in line, he did not make us feel rushed at all.”
