“This studio has always been pretty great, but it is especially awesome now. It's recently under new management, and you can really tell a difference--the interior of the studio has been refreshed, it's cleaner, and most importantly, the classes are as great as they've ever been. Challenging but welcoming workouts, with plenty of modifications and personal adjustments kindly and professionally offered when needed. You can get a good workout almost anywhere you go, but I genuinely look forward to each classic take here, which I can't say for other barre places on the Peninsula. “I am in my sixties and seeing doctors throughout the year is a regular part of my life so how I’m treated by office and doctor is important to me. I had my first visit to the dermatology office recently and it was a positive experience. After I checked in, my wait in the reception area was short. The nurse-assistants I interacted with were friendly and cordial which helped to make this first experience a good one. The Dermatologist that I met was professional and courteous and explained everything to me. I felt as if she treated me like a patient that she had been treating for some time. I couldn’t ask for a better first experience with this office.”

“We have really great experience with British Swimming School! We were at the Potrero Hill location first, due to our schedule, we decided to change to Burlingame location. Both of locations have really great instructors! I thought it’s better to have same instructors every time (they have different instructors for every class), but they do rotate 3 instructors so once she gets to know every instructors, she was so comfortable. It’s like she has 3 instructors to depend on. She started going to this school right after she turned 4. At the beginning, she hated to come back to swimming class because she was afraid of getting wet on her face. Amazingly, one of her teachers at Potrero Hill let her fear go away but instead provide her joy of being in water. After that, she is willing to go back to the swimming class every weekend. The burlingame location is amazing. Its locates at Embassy Hotel so it looks like castle outside for her. All instructors are so carrying and making her happy including administrators. After 1 month of going to the class, she was like “I love to be in water, I love coming back here, I love teachers!”. She gain the confidence. I can’t wait to see her growth in the swimming class going forward.”

“he's the most conscientious dentist out there. i had another in the area who i'm convinced performed an unnecessary crown on one of my teeth. i never have that feeling about halden. in fact, when my kid got a cavity at the pediatric dentist and everyone seemed so confused about what to do, i just moved all of my kids over to dr yu and i feel that all of our teeth are truly getting the best care now. highly recommend!”

“So full disclaimer here: B-fit is the baby of one best friends, Philip Levi, and I can't say enough good things about this facility, the people that work there and Phil! When someone as passionate as Philip Levi approaches a project they do it with all of their spirit and it shows. This facility, under his ownership, has gone through serious renovations and beautification projects and continues to constantly change to meet the demands of our time. All the while retaining plenty of idiosyncrasies, making it a fun place to get healthy. But more importantly Phil has created a space that feels like a community. When you come to B-fit it feels like you're coming over to see some of your best friends. That space and feeling is rare to find these days where "fitness facilities" either feel overly curated or like you're lost in warehouse. When you come here you know your community actually cares about seeing you. Finally, the team he's gathered around him represents some of the top training talent, I can easily say, in the world. Not only are they well educated but they are seasoned coaches who are PASSIONATE about getting people healthy. And not just through "diet and exercise" but by legitimately approaching every individuals health as a complex set of factors. Every trainer here engages in some sort of pet project or specialty. If you are curious about a particular area of wellness I guarantee you someone here is currently researching it and experimenting on themselves. So if you're looking to improve your health immersed in a passionate supportive community you've found your home.”
