  Such a great experience purchasing a car here. Nice to be treated respectfully and without condescension. Working with Nick to find the right car was easy and low pressure, and RC made the financing part seamless. We thought we’d just take a quick look before dinner, and ended up with a new car. It was a great date night.

  Visited the dealership few weeks back and was really impressed by John Saba the sales manager. First impressions are extremely important for me and John left a great one. Went back and got a new car from him today. Thank you John for your honesty and great service.

  Very easy to deal with! Overall a nice experience. Sales agent Scott Lopez was excellent. He took him time to answer all our questions and not once felt rush or pressured. The whole management team was super nice! Highly recommended VW of Serramonte! A++ service!

  My wife and I had a good experience with the Serramonte VW dealership. The people were forthcoming and pleasurable to work with. There were absolutely no pressure tactics involved during the entire process of looking, driving and deciding which vehicle we wanted. The young salesman, Alec, and his manager John went out of their way to help us in selecting the vehicle that we were interested in, and eventually purchased. The finance manager, and the team we worked with were polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I would, and do, highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle.

  Went in for a diagnostic of a coolant issue. The report came back quick and was upfront about the cost to repair. Had to defer action to save up but when I was ready they had a record of my last visit at hand, make sure to put the right mechanic to work on it, and made the repair quickly with convenient calls and text communication to keep me updated about progress and delays.
  Thank you Serramonte Volkswagen Service Center for keeping our family car on the road and safe.
