I can't recommend him enough. The experience was very pleasant.

This are the main reasons why I believe that City Toyota and the team behind it providing excellent customer service:
• The purchase process was very pleasant, fast and efficient: the whole process took us only 1.5 days
• The vehicle was in excellent condition and competitively priced
• Chris answered all questions I had and send additional pictures in a very timely manner. He was very transparent about any defects of the car
• He accommodated our needs: On our request he brought the car from Daly City to Clayton for the test drive and send the car to auto repair shop for second opinion. In addition, one of the employees also dropped off the car on our driveway after purchase was made.
• No sales pitch – just a very pleasant conversation.
I highly recommend this place! Thank you Chris and Alex for your professional and excellent service!
