I've found the people working here extremely competent, which is extremely reassuring since you are here with questions regarding your benefits! The security person, sits at a desk with a view of the entire room, oversees the smooth flow of activity. When he notices people are having a problem registering in the system to generate a place on the wait list, he would help them or when people's numbers are being announced, he would prompt them to be seated at the window.
