I've been driving here from Half Moon Bay for almost six years to get my husband's shirts professionally washed and pressed and greatly appreciate the value of the work (way cheaper than any cleaners on the coastside!) as well as their professionalism.
I can understand why it is a cash-only business when credit card companies take such a high percentage. And while other reviewers complain that the proprietress is cold, I have never found her to be anything but kind and respectful.
I've only used this place a few times, but hope to soon again. The woman who helped me (maybe the owner?) was brisk and had a no-nonsense attitude; what I really appreciated was that she was definitely trying to save me money when I explained what I wanted with some repairs.
They do dry cleaning and minor tailor work to fix small issues (they might do more large-scale work, I just haven't needed that) and I think their prices are great for the work they do. The dry cleaning I've needed was done pretty quickly and always was finished when they said it'd be done.
