Once in a while in life you unexpectedly meet amazing people. This was my experience with Cruz. He was kind of enough to come over at the end of the day. He identified some problems and instead of scheduling an appointment for trapping and closing any openings to my home he literally went to his truck got some parts and supplies and reinforced any openings to my home and garage that a mouse could slip in. He then just gave me instructions and told me I could easily handle the rest. I tried to give him money and I persisted but he wouldn't take it.
