Jimmy phoned before coming, on time I'd like to add, and from the first moment I felt like I had made a new friend. He was on top of everything including having the parts. He explained everything as he went along, helped me with ideas on how to take care of the stove, and showed me how to do it and why. He was quick without rushing, professional and often witty...extra points for that! In the end everything was fixed, cleaned, and like new. I also got some pleasant conversation, really good travel advice on Peru, and in the end a handshake and a hug! Not something expected or hoped for in this day and age.
