(April 25, 2018, 12:51 pm)The Soil Farm is a business located in Half Moon Bay that can supply everything a person needs for hardscaping their yards or soil mixes for their garden. Rice Trucking can deliver to you, if arranged in advance.
(March 29, 2018, 3:48 am)Pros: Really friendly, helpful people (both in person and on the phone, both in the front office and in the trucks), good quality materials, and pretty reasonable prices. We ordered soil from them and would definitely do it again—and we plan to order flagstones and gravel soon!
Cons: They are bad about updating their hours (e.g. their website says they're open until 4 on Saturdays, but it's 2 PM in the winter and 3:30 PM otherwise). Also, I understand that they don't want to publish price lists, but their system would work better if they had better labels for stuff in their rock yard (e.g. flagstones) so that it's easier to get a quote in the office.
