  My wife and I stopped in during a visit of Half Moon Bay. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even met Owner/Mavericks Legend Jeff Clark while we were there. A highlight of our trip.

  Great little surf shop off the beaten tourist path. Besides surfboards and surf paraphernalia it's a cute little gift shop. They have a great selection of Mavericks t-shirts and other gifts. The people are very friendly and always so helpful. My two teenage Sons love I get them a t-shirt from there. I always stop by when I'm in the area.

  Mavericks Surf Shop is by far one of the best surf shops in Nor-Cal!!
  Surf legend Jeff Clark, one of the most noteworthy and respected big-wave surfers there is owns and runs the shop.Jeff is one of the most personable and friendly people you'll ever meet. The staff at Mavericks Surf shop are super friendly and knowledgeable. His shop is loaded with big wave boards along with all other sizes and brands of boards.
  They also have a awesome selection of clothes and other surf related gear. Check them out, You'll be glad you did.
