I’m a nurse and have taken several of my private duty patients who needed extensive wound care to R3 at the Heritage Trace location. We absolutely love Maley, Elizabeth, Tawney and entire staff! The care and client service provided is exceptional! I will continue to refer all my patients to R3 for wound care needs.

Been going to the Keller Office for about 6 weeks. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and make the visits fun. Maylie is awesome with explaining each step of treatment and you can tell she cares about her patients.
Elizabeth will great you when you come in and always has a smile on her face. She greets everyone by name and “shoots kindness” to all patients. Even when she slices a frozen bottle just so it leaks on me during treatment. Yes, I still blame you.
Tawny (prob misspelled) is a blast to be around. I have never seen her in a bad mood. She makes everyone feel special.
Jennifer runs the HBO and despite not allowing us to have a margarita machine, she is the best. She makes everyone feel special. She will do everything she can to make your visit a great one.
These four girls are the best in the business and I’m so glad they choose me to be their patient. At least they tell me they choose me and not me choosing them.
They will think something is wrong since I said nice things but everything I said about them is the truth. Honestly They will bend over backwards to make sure you get the proper treatment.

I had an extremely great experience at R3 Wound Care & Hyperbarics. The doctors there are excellent. I’ve been dealing with a nagging wound for years and my doctor Mailey Pham referred me to a surgeon, and a blood specialist. I had surgery in May and August and here it is November and my wound is CLOSED. We thank her and her staff for their GREATNESS, they’re very friendly, and they really care about their patients. If i could give them 10 stars I would. Keep up the good work R3 Wound Care & Hyperbarics you guys are GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

The entire staff at R3 is amazing. Always professional, and caring. You can tell they genuinely love what they do in the way they care for each of their patients. It will be bittersweet once my treatments are done but I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of wound care. Special thanks to Jennifer and Rosie.

They built my mom her dream kitchen & were a Dream to work with. These guys really know what they are doing. I highly recommend them.
