Alkalign Studios Menlo Park

Thank goodness for the Alkalign community! I'm thankful that Alkalign went virtual in 2020 when local gyms and personal connection were at a premium. The Zoom option is convenient for me, enables the instructors to give me 1:1 feedback, keeps me accountable, and gives me a space to connect with friends. Plus, I get an amazing workout in the comfort of my home!

So grateful that my friend inspired me to join this amazing studio last year! I have practiced many different sports and seen many studios, but Alkalign has proven to be a true keeper. The functional movements that are at the base of every class are super effective and help build strength and balance, fast. Not only during class , but also for everyday life. I have never felt better! Cherry on top; the AMAZING and supportive community that i never knew i needed. 💙

Alkalign helps you focus on your lifetime fitness goals, by teaching the correct form and strengthening your functional movements for safer & injury free activity. Bigger, harder, more, faster, are not better! Moving your body the “right” way is much more efficient, and results in better flexibility, more core strength, and being able to achieve and maintain fitness goals. The instructors are all incredibly knowledgeable and able to help make personal modifications for clients based on specific individuals needs, you really feel like you get the most out of every work out. All the classes are great but the Recharge class is a Favorite!

Hands down my favorite place to work out! I have been a client of Alkalign for over five years and it never gets old-- classes are designed to meet each client's individual fitness needs, and I always feel like I've gotten a great workout. A focus on functional movement has been so beneficial for me outside the studio as well. Overall sense of community between instructors and clients is awesome. Highly recommend!

Alkalign an amazing workout and the community is even better. I have been coming since my oldest son was 6mo old (he’s 5 now!) and to this day he still asks to go to “class” and help set up mats/weights and play in the playroom. The teachers are knowledgeable and very friendly and I have met some of my closest friends through here. Even during this crazy time of social distancing, zoom classes are great and I’m able to take recorded ones with my son while the youngest takes a nap. Love, love, love Alkalign!
