Ocean View Cafe

Ordered a crab sandwich. It was delicious, especially the home made chips. They seem to be cooked in truffle oil with slight black pepper. I could have eaten a full serving of that. Great neighborhood Cafe with sweet owners. I highly recommend them.

Ordered a soup and grilled cheese combo, with some pastries and an espresso drink! All were delicious and I’ll be back. Love little neighborhood places like this?

Loved it! I hosted a backyard lunch with my family and we had a big order (about 8 dishes) from Ocean View. The staff was friendly and knowledge, we got our order on time and everyone loved the food! We will definitely be going back!

Back again for breakfast at Ocean View Cafe in Montara. One again a tasty, perfectly prepared, and enjoyable experience. I

I wanted to see how my a custom request order for hash browns has improved. Hash Browns are an item not on the menu. This time they came out excellent. Great texture and garlicky flavor. The other items on the plate (or rather, in the box) included perfect Sunny-Side Up Eggs, Applewood Smoked Bacon, breakfast salad, Sourdough toast, and orange slice. Super good!

Foggy Montara morning but not too cold. With both the fresh aroma of the sea mixing with the coastal hillside smells makes for a relaxing meal.

Easy to find and easy to park. They are located directly next to the Ocean View Inn next door. Right on Pacific Coast Highway 1. There is a short walk of one very short block to the ocean for a good after meal walk. And Montara State Beach is a few blocks to the north. Also a short walk away.

Glad I came back again to Ocean View Cafe. Looking forward to the next visit too.
