You know those old school bakers your grandparents used to talk about. One is still around and you don't want to miss it. Amazing breads, croissants, baked goods and coffee. A must stop on a cold day to heat you up

Very nice sourdough with excellent flavor. Crust tends to the softer side, with a denser crumb than most of the places in SF. The bread is definitely the highlight, whereas the laminated pastries are only slightly above average (tasty but without the shatteringly thin layers).
