(August 10, 2020, 6:08 pm)Knowledgeable, friendly, did not try to manufacture new work out of nowhere and overcharge, and answered my extensive questions. It was my first time but I got a good feeling from them and I will be taking my cars there from now on.

Brought in my Subaru for a pre-roadtrip safety inspection. Called ahead for availability.
Kuno's observed that the car was generally running fine, but had a really old battery: so I got that changed for a reasonable price on the spot.
They also observed that the dipstick was broken (which I hadn't): which is good evidence of their attention to detail.
Will be back next time I need the car serviced.
