I was hesitant about the need... however, as time has passed I've been so grateful for his helpful and excellent advice on my John Hancock policy and other insurance issues. He's very personable, quick to respond, very easy to talk with, and has great patience in answering my questions. Just recently, I saw him and told him how pleased I've been with his service. Highly recommend him for any insurance needs.
