Called Mike in the morning for my broken washing machine. He came out same day, was able to get the needed pump and replace it.

Not at all a surprise and worth a good review. Mike arrived on time and found my problem within 5 minutes. He knows what he is doing and is professional and friendly. He replaced our Kenmore Elite he3 heating element and now it works like it should. Kids broke a handle on our refrigerator and I called Mike to repair that too.
Mike goes the extra mile to make sure your appliance repair is done efficiently and at the lowest possible price. My 6 year old GE Cafe Refrig stopped working. He diagnosed the problems as the condenser, a 1,300 job. (per GE) When I called Speedy again, after checking out new refrigerators and their outrageous prices, Mike said that he might have a solution. He replaced the relay and now my GE works perfectly. All for about $400 including labor. Thanks Mike. I will give you 5 stars anyttime.
