  I wish I could give Gus and his team 10 stars. My wife and I planned her brothers memorial service at Sneider & Sullivan & O'Connell's funeral home from a distance. Her brother lived in Tulsa, OK and we live in St Louis, MO but she wanted his service to be held in his birthplace of San Francisco. I called and spoke to Gus who patiently answered all our questions and offered excellent suggestions to make the service what we wanted. At first we were a bit apprehensive as we were planning the funeral from 2,000 miles away, but Gus was so accommodating and went above and beyond our expectations in every way. His service was one that offered closure for everyone and we can never repay Gus and his team for all they did for us. I highly recommend Sneider & Sullivan & O'Connell's funeral home to anyone in need of their services.

  Today, as a family member's funeral was being planned and the visits were taking place..we realized that my flowers did not arrive. I called the florist and realized there was complication with the flowers being adde They were so supportive and dug into the issue and did a great job in making it all right. It's a beautiful facility and they could not have been nicer.

  I would to thank Gustavo A. Roldań , Funeral director at Sneider Sullivan O'Connell's for helping my family with the service of my father Manuel Jimenez 1/27/2017. We appreciate your kindness and how you took care the whole service including the process of the church.
  Gustavo it's sad to say this but your funeral home has helped us with others family members( Jimenez, Vergara and others) and we would like to thank you for your great service. You gave us alot of peace on our hearts and we were able to spend more time with my dad.

  I know it might seem strange to choose to give a review for a funeral home, but in this case it is warranted. The shock and pain of my mother's death this past summer was beyond words and the healing has just recently begun. But I have to say that working with Sylvia R. at Sneider & Sullivan
  was a fortunate thing during a terrible time. Her deep natural care, empathy and understanding of the enormity of the emotional depth of the situation and the need to get 'stuff' done, was done
  with finesse, intelligence and care. Somehow she was able to work with my sister and me and get us through all the decisions, planning and delivery of a beautiful service without a glitch. She also knew all the things that needed to be done; getting notices in the paper, getting flowers, setting up the room, coordinating with the hospital and the county...she somehow made sure we got it ALL done without having us feel overwhelmed or intruded upon. And now, a couple months out she wrote the kindest personal note to check up on us...Sylvia is one of those incredible people who come into your life and help you during a very, very difficult time...she is masterful and we have deep appreciation and respect for her and for Sneider & Sullivan.....
