(May 15, 2018, 2:00 pm)I've been coming to Big Red's training center (10PSM) for nearly a year now. After separating from the military 2.5 years prior, I was as out of shape as I had ever been (207 lbs). Also, I was uninformed and inexperienced in the realm of the Jiu Jitsu world. Thankfully, I walked into this gym and the rest is history. After 11 months of training under Adam "Big Red" Sachnoff, morning instructor Alan Sanchez, Kickboxing coach Kenya Prach, and Thursday coach Adam Piccolotti, I am in the best shape I have ever been (160 lbs). The motto at 10PSM (taught by Big Red) is to train hard and stay consistent. No matter what your goals are (weight loss, competition, learning Jiu Jitsu, networking, making new friends etc.), this establishment provides the tools necessary to achieve them all. World Class instruction, Cleanliness, Organization, Friendliness, Diversity, Professionalism. I could go on for days, 10th Planet San Mateo is hands down the best gym in the bay area!!

(June 30, 2017, 12:22 am)I am so fortunate to have this gym near my house. Adam is a world class instructor (check out his resume) and has such a great attitude and gift for teaching. Everyone is welcoming and the support and help from all belts is amazing. Beware! You will become an addict if you join this gym. You won't want to miss class.
